Stand for Greater

Our Apprenticeship Program is Rooted in Three Core Beliefs

1

The S.W.E.A.T. Pledge is Our Code

We live by the Mike Rowe WORKS SWEAT Pledge—a commitment to gratitude, hard work, and personal responsibility. From showing up early to tackling the toughest tasks with enthusiasm, we embody this creed every day. SWEAT = Skill and Work Ethic Aren’t Taboo.

Trade Jobs Build Strong Families

Well-paying trade jobs are the backbone of American communities. By training the next generation of skilled craftsmen, we’re creating opportunities for young men and women to provide for their families, build lasting careers, and contribute to a stronger America.

Only the Best Earn the Title
